Reiki and Seichem?

What are Reiki and Seichem Healing

Reiki and Seichem are both forms of alternative healing modalities that focus on channeling and balancing energy within the body to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. Here’s a brief overview of each:

  1. Reiki: Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that originated in the early 20th century. The word “Reiki” is composed of two Japanese words: “rei,” which means universal, and “ki,” which means life energy or vital force. Energy flows through all living things and that disruptions or imbalances in this energy can lead to physical, emotional, or spiritual ailments.
  2. During a Reiki session, the practitioners place their hands lightly on or just above the recipient’s body, directing the flow of healing energy to areas where it is needed most. The recipient may experience sensations of warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation during the session. Reiki is often used to reduce stress, alleviate pain, and promote overall wellness.
  3. Seichem: Seichem is a complementary therapy that shares similarities with Reiki but incorporates additional elemental energies. Developed by Patrick Zeigler, Seichem includes four elemental healing rays: Reiki (earth), Sakara (fire), Sophi-El (water), and Angeliclight (air). Each of these elemental energies correspond to different aspects of healing and consciousness.
  4. Like Reiki, Seichem practitioners use hands-on or hands-off techniques to channel and balance the flow of energy within the body. Seichem sessions aim to promote physical healing, emotional release, and spiritual growth by working with the subtle energies of the body and the elements.

Both Reiki and Seichem are non-invasive therapies and are often used as complementary practices alongside conventional medical treatments. Many people find them helpful for relaxation, stress reduction, and holistic wellness.
